Colleen Zamba, an accomplished macroeconomist and development policy expert with 19 years of national and international experience, currently serves as Secretary to the President and Cabinet (SPC) in Malawi. Previously, she held roles such as Head of Presidential Delivery Unit and Chief Advisor to the President on SDGs & Int. Affairs at State House. With 12 years as an Economic Advisor in UNDP across Nigeria, Zambia, Swaziland, and Lesotho, Colleen’s impactful career includes key government positions like Permanent Secretary. Her academic prowess in macroeconomics and development policy, awarded by the University of Glasgow and the University of Malawi, is complemented by her strong interpersonal skills and contributions to economic development.
